The fairies ALSO love to get ready for Halloween.You may need to assit your child in making sure any eyes balls or tongues are secure on properly, so there are no breakages afterwards. Monster pinch pots are fun and there are no “right or wrongs”. Monster Pinch Pots – pinch pots are a great introduction to working with clay and a wonderful sensory craft for kids of all ages.They double up nicely as Incy Wincy Spider nursery rhyme accessories. Conker Spiders – we love crafting with conkers (buckeyes), you will need to make the holes, but the child can assemble.The kids can paint and the grown ups can finish off. Similary you can turn rocks into glow in the dark eyeballs – these are super fun.You will need to prep the sugar skull scones, but the child will be able to make this into their own unique designs. Sugar Skull Rocks – This is a great way to let your child enjoy colours and patterns.Similarly we made some SUPER cute Black Cat Paper Cups – these are a lovely little decoration or work well as finger puppets too.Cute and Easy Origami Black Cats – now is a black cat lucky or unlucky for Halloween?.Some guidance may be needed… but they are great to start young kids off They are GREAT introduction to Origami for young children. Origami Bats (double up as bookmarks too) – I love these Origami bats.Pom Pom Spiders – same as the bats! These spiders also double up fabulously for a but of nursery rhyme action play!.The bats are super cute and make a fabulous young child friendly Halloween craft! ![]() This is a collaborative project – the kids can practice their “wrapping” skills and you can finish the project off. Some direction is needed, but both toddlers and preschoolers will love this one. Red Ted was only two at the time and loved making these with me. We made ours about 6-7yrs ago and every Halloween they come back out. So fun.You can use up all your “odds and ends” and there is no right or wrong!
